Returned Redwood Block

When I picked up the mail today there was a package with a Redwood block.
I assume it is being returned.
But there was no note telling me anything.
The return address was of a business (non knife) and no person's name.
So I am unable to try to backtrack through the store records.

If this was sent back by one of you please send me a PM.

If I know the person's name, when purchased and amount paid I can process a refund immediately.
I am just afraid time will go buy with whoever sent this waiting for a refund thinking I am stringing them along.
