227mm Western Gyuto in AEB-L - Line Knife

This is a knife that I had ground recently as a part of my push into western handle knives. Trying to get proficient at grinding Western Handles. It will look very much alike the Western handle gyutos I have been posting lately.

Pictures are tomorrow of a completed knife.

Chefu is the winner for 227mm gyuto drawing. Congrats!

Had a failure on the original handle, working on a replacement - maple with ebony front and end. Pics soon.

    Thanks,

    Marko

Congrats Chefu! We should get together and compare Markos!
