I was introduced to this today! Has any one used one/built one/ seen one in action? I am intrigued!

Seems to very much resemble a La Caja China.
my dad just cooks his in a fifty five gallon oil drum, we brought back from Texas on the roof of our car thirty years ago.Pierre, I've used both. They both do a nice job cooking whole hogs. The fit and finish on the Cajun Microwave is much nicer....stainless steel and beautiful wood. The price is correspondingly high. I have a La Caja China, it is made of plywood and galvanized sheet metal. The pig doesn't seem to care which he is cooked in.
