Sweet baby, think you could cut me a deal on one, don't need a handle and don't need it sharp. Just need her ground and blued they all look good so I wouldn't even be picky.

Musk spacer and red mammoth handle for the gyuto, maybe musk spacer, Mammoth spacer, musk spacer mammoth main. nakiri needs some beautiful burl, something lively, Craig Stevens double dyed or even some nice dyed buckeye.high grade Cocobolo would also be stunning, give a kindof red flames apperance.

Randy, your work always looks incredible but those san-mai blades are killing me. I'm sure whatever you choose will look awesome and I can't wait to see it.

You may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful knife
You may ask yourself, well, how did I get here?

Thanks guys. Im pretty stoked so far with this set. Im thinking Burl for both and matching.. Some spacer and possibly a spacer liner combo.

I will likely spend the better part of today. hemming and hawing. looking at and trying to select the best woods. Then again. I may go out and the very first one I select will scream at me to be the one! Always a decision I dont take lightly.

I better get to work on these. Have a fun Saturday.
    Randy

Possibly something greyish blue? Sorta match the storm cloud look?

I have a sentimental feeling for horn handled blades though.
