    Japanese Kitchen Knives Book, any good?

    Does anyone here own "Japanese Kitchen Knives" by Hiromatsu Nozaki? Is it worth buying? What info does the book entail?

    I've been reading this all over again. I enjoy the book for it's covering of the basic 3 knives usuba, deba, and yanagi. If your interested in traditional Japanese knives I would suggest getting it

    I liked it. Useful tips on using Japanese knives, terminology, plus interesting info about knives.
