I have little problem i decided to buy first set of real japan knives but i found out i can't find any EU based eshop which sell these knives ... namely Nakiri, 21cm Gyuto and 15cm Petty. Do you know any good EU based eshop which sells these knives or comparable ones so i dont have to go thru tax paperwork.
 
Unfortunately, your stuck buying them from the US retailer who has them made exclusively for his website. I would email Koki at Japaneschefsknife.com to see if he has a like product.
 
I've bought from both Koki at japanesechefsknife and on ebay from the seller bluewayjapan. Both have good knives at favourable shipping rates for us Europeans.
