    It was just finished today and all great blacksmiths was there Iwasaki, Shigefusa, Yoshikane, Yoshihide

    How small is the small yanagi, and what caught your eye as being a most interesting or unusual or perfect knife?

    Hehe i was not actually there But my partner was he shared some pictures with me.
    Yoshihide knife is only 90mm total with handle and saya And cost as much as 300 mm Shigefusa Yanagi

    I'm curious about that huge, what looks to be like a kurouchi gyuto or deba in the first photo. What's it supposed to be used for?

    I was wondering about that, as well.

    I was holding that one wile i was there, they used 3 whole days just to forge it, it is white steel Deba just for show off
