I did a little bartering with a fellow last week, some of my pots and a little cash. There is 1 Beatty cleaver, 2 Foster Bros, 2 unknown cleavers, a 12" Sabatier cook's and a carbon Henckels butcher knife. Not shown are a Gustav Emil Ern stainless cleaver and a Solingen Cutlery stainless 14" cook's knife.
