This one wrapped up today,

O1 carbon blade, hand rubbed to 600 grit @HRC 61

Rounded spine and choil

Full tang hybrid handle.

G10 bolsters, black and white fiber spacers/liners and white turquoise with pyrite webbing.

Handle is stabilized two tone amboyna burl from our wood pimp Mark! Mosaic pins.

Niiiiiice, it's going to get even better with some awesome patina :D

When doing the handle do you make a single piece and then split it in half, or make both sides separately?
Also any chance of a choil/grind geometry shot?

If I don't see pics of this knife with a solid, naturally formed, across the blade patina, Imma be mad.

Excellent work as usual.
 
Choil shot, it still needs to be sharpened. Edge is .006" right now

@TB I do both sides separately. Drill the holes, pin together, then set the radius an clean up the bolster faces, pin, epoxy and clamp, to the tang, then shape on the knife.

I like the blade geometry of that knife. I'm not a big fan of that kind of knife, but someday, I will buy one like this.
