Could we add a which country are you located in question to the sticky as this may influence suggestions e.g. Due to shipping costs, import duty if purchasing from certain vendors etc?

Also I think it may be useful to have an example completed Questionnaire as a second post in the thread so that there is guidance on what sort of things to put. There may be less 'not sure what this means' or 'not sure what to put here' answers
