Thank you!

It's just a prototype, so it might take a while to work out a process for integral bolster knives, but I am very excited.

The reason I shelved peened bolster integrals project is that I don't like plunge-line grinds, and short of tig-weld bolsters (and ground out radius thereafter), there seems to be no way around it. Tig welding is something I will explore down the road, as I would like to extend integral bolster option to other steels not available in round bar.

245 mm on the edge, I think.

Looks very nice, but isn't there something wrong with the handle? It looks all bumpy and stuff?

One step at a time. I will look much different when it is done. :)

I will be making a couple of experimental knives. These will be based on some common requests I have had (but haven't fulfilled). Depending on feedback, I might include them among the type of knives I offer. That is all I will say for now.

Stay tuned.

PS: The integral in the picture will be made into 250mm (on the edge) suji.

That looks amazing! I'm very excited to see the finished product.
