If you are using the tooth as a spacer I would go black, too busy with the MO

Save the Musk Ox to go with a plain dark handle with a silver or stainless spacer.

That is a really cool piece of musk ox horn. I'd wanna see a handle from it, it'd be a shame to hack that down very much.
