    Keith, I can see the doc fine but it seems that you hosted it offsite and just linked to it versus uploading it like you were originally looking to do. Did you give up on the direct upload?

    Yes. When I click "manage attachments" on the advanced screen, nothing happens. In addition, I think the file is too big to upload. The box.com website works like Photobucket, accepts text files, and is free, so it is a reasonable solution.

    Dave,

    I tested a PDF, and it uploaded fine, but it didn't display in the browser as I'd hoped, only downloaded. Oh, well, thanks for increasing the limit, anyway.

    From what I can find it appears that doc & pdf files have to be downloaded before viewed so they won't appear in the browser. This is a vBulletin thing.
