Whoa, this is crazy--butchering on a train?? No thanks.

That first pic looks really staged--perfectly aligned pots, everyone is spotless, using a saw on meat and not bone, and a cleaver with a brand new, fancypants handle that 'just so happened' to be placed in the foreground. LOL. Cooks don't change.
 
Photo's were a big to do in the day take this picture from a shop in France grandma the dogs someone's friend.

I love reading the old menus. One of the items is "Frankfurters-hot or cold" ..........when was the last time you ate a cold hot dog?
