    Hi all,
    I write from italy,I am a chef and I am addicted to knife(japanese in particular).
    I have to learn more about them and I see here theres many expert person.
    I ask in advance sorry about my english,becouse I will sure make some error.

    I work in a little restaurant, we making traditional recipes of Milano, like "cotoletta alla milanese", "risotto al salto","casseuola" and some revisited dishes!We aren't opened from long time but we work hard and we hope to get our first michelin star soon!
