    I was expecting these to be a marketing gimmick that the restaurants would put on display behind some glass or something. Why bother dressing the machine up like a robot if you're just gonna keep it in the back?

    According to some of the articles I've read, these robots are supposedly more cost effective than their human counter parts ($2000 vs $4700).

    pretty sure apples siri is going to become self aware sooner or later... skynet here we come.

    why do they have yellow lights for eyes? i hope they help the thing cut noodles but i doubt it.
