So...the Pierre Petty is coming back to me, and will be immediately put back up for sale. It is virtually unused, other than on some soft bread and incredibly papery paper. The only patina gained is the beautiful non-visible kind left by slicing paper, because you just want to cut something!!!
The original owner ended up loving it - everything about it - except the handle just didn't work with the member's grip type (more of a Western user). Let me tell you, this person is bummed out, and for good reason.
However, this unfortunate situation for the original owner is a huge chance for all of you. The demand on this thing was crazy high, and it's now back up...or will be, in no time.
