I recently found a little hidden gem on JCK (they often add new things on the end without listing it in the whats new section; remember Mizuno stainless?). At the bottom of the KK, they now have four different nakiri, including some KU. They look pretty nice (and reasonable)...

Was wondering if anyone has experience with the Masamoto nakiri at all? Kind of miss my Watanabe....
 
I can just see a KU finished with that pretty little red and black handle in Stefans section....:drool:
 
Newish, it's been there for quite a while. I imagine it's what you'd expect from Masamoto, a solid knife.
 
Yeah its been up there for at least a year now.

And here Chris thought he was trailblazing...don't you hate when that happens?:biggrin:
