My names Matt and I've recently developed a knife obsession :biggrin:
I have picked up quite a few (widely known branded) kitchen knives lately but I am really interested in the lesser known Japanese knife makers and have been soaking up all the info I can. Also looking forward to trying my hand at the edge pro and a bunch of sharpening stones - cant wait!
