Yesterday I grilled a medley of peppers and some white corn. While those were resting I grilled venison tenderloin. While that was resting I cleaned the peppers then pan seared some sea scallops and made a quick sauce with the scallop liquor, lime juice and butter. We enjoyed a blueberry wheat beer from my local brewery then finished with espresso and dark chocolate muffins. It was a killer meal the venison was delicious as was everything else.
