Hello, thought i would introduce myself, i have bein reading the forum for a little over a month now, figured i would finally say Hi. I am a chef working and living in oakville, ontario. i started my knife collection about three years ago, and it took off about a year ago now i have 23 knives and counting.

pictures didnt work i will try again, hopefully i can figure it out, any advice would be helped
