    Love the idea that Japanese cuisine is being recognized as more than sushi & yakitori.

    Hate the stupid Lucas/Spielberg production.

    Not crazy about the star gazing but the rest was very nice. It's not helping my interests (or avoidance) of Japanese pottery

    The food looks incredible, I wonder of that's the music they play in the restaurant?

    That does look incredible, that is a Grant Achatz restaurant I am sure. Just looking at the over the top stuffiness of it all seems like him. I love what he does and respect what he does but it isn't for me. I would eat there though no doubt.

    Same here. The guy has talent and I'm sure the food is great and on somebody else's dime I go in a heartbeat, but otherwise it isn't my thing and not the style of food I want to cook either. Sure is damn cool though

    I like being romantic about my own food, but somehow watching it like that is extremely embarassing with the guy grabbing the moon.

    All of the films for Next are produced by different people, with a different interpretation on what Grant is doing (this one wasn't my favorite, but I'd still love to go to each one).

    Like these for Kyoto;
