FS - Yoshihiro 2.4cm Gyuto as new

I have a nice Yoshihiro 2.4cm Gyuto in VG10/nickel Damascus. This one has a hammer finish above the shinogi line. It's a great knife - takes and holds a keen edge. I tried it for a month but prefer Wa style handles. $125 shipped/p'pal'd.

Not a bad knife at all. One of the younger guys at work has the 210mm version. It sharpens easily for vg10 and hold it's edge well. quite a bit better than say the tojiro. Less chippy as well.

Mike you mean 24cm, or a 240mm? 2.4 cm is 24mm. If you are selling a mini knife that is cool.

I know a couple guys in the pen who'd love a 24 mm blade...

All jokes aside, I have the same knife. Great performer for the $$...

    Good luck with sale....
The difference between try and triumph is a little "umph"! NO EXCUSES!!!!!!!
