    Typo, I think. Otherwise, math wouldn't add up for Handle Length- 135mm and Handle to Tip Length- 330mm.

    If Heel to Tip Length is 150mm, then the neck would be 45mm, very LONG.

    first knives came without handles and you put burned chestnut octagonal ?

    and last time they come with ho wood D handles ?

    anyone uses Kato suji on rolls cuting ?

    need some review from owner this suji and existing practice in sushi bar or just on rolls.

    4.5mm thickness makes some confuses about cutting ability.

    I means for BIG rolls cutting,
    know about great/insane sharpness and retention of Kato's edge =)

    ask specifically about big rolls.
