Thanks for the link. They seem to have a few others, including 5 Kitaeji santokus. It seems they have 8 of some sort of takobiki which looks to be left-handed but is probably just the picture flipped
 
Could be my imagination, but he really seems to be increasing his output lately.
 
Well, it's either a Nakiri or a Left-handed, KU Usuba. But probably not the latter. :lol2:
 
Yeah the knife naming on a lot of European sites is horrendous, I've seen gyutos called debas before now....
 
Dick.Biz Have sold Shigefusa for a very long time so nothing really changed, most of what they have is really old stock stuf, now it seems like they moved to Amazon too
I like the store a lot and buy many of my tools there :)
Sandpapper glue and finishes they have, also leather very nice source for EU members !
