    Rosewood burl and CPM154 Gyuto

Time for some shiny stuff! Heres a stainless 240mm gyuto western handles.

Rosewood burl, These pictures dont begin to do this wood justice.
Blade is CPM154 Rc 61, 244mm on the edge. Heel height is approx. 52mm spine above the heel at 2mm tapering to the tip.

Thanks for looking, as always, comments and critiques welcomed.

    God Bless.

Love the handle; wood, shape, pins, everything looks perfect on it. Glad your back to work, never can have too many pretty knives to look at.
