Brand new Shun Fuji slicing knife. SG-2 core steel with beautiful textured 160-layers of stainless cladding. 9 inch long blade.
This is brand new from a 'set' although the flimsy box looks a little crunched. The knife itself is flawless.
I don't have any use for this since I typically use a 270mm Blazen suji, but it would probably make a really nice home carving knife. Williams-Sonoma sells this for $400 new. Yikes.
