For those interested in more info on the Nakiri -

I don't have a scale, or the instruments to accurately measure the knife. With my eye, it's about 3.5 to 4mm at the handle, but quickly tapers to 2mm continuous from there. D-shaped handle.

FWIW, Shigefusas are "long". The 225 I had actually measured 231 mm on the edge, which is what most 240's like Konosuke and Tadatsuna measure.

Josh, what is the measurement of the edge, if you would?
