Pretty sloppy in several respects...poor ergonomics, crappy knife, crappy board...but you gotta respect the work ethic:

Sloppy is putting it lightly. I always tell new guys; 'Precision leads to speed.' This guy has good reflexes, he just needs to hone them properly, and stop scraping his blade across that poly!!! Use the spine dammit!

Man that is very sloppy though he is quick. I look at it if you can cut slowly, you can do it quickly. Once you have good technique and can cut consistently well slowly, speed comes naturally

Dont you guys know, chicks dig it when you cut fast and bang your knife on the board to make it sound cool.

I had to stop watching when he did the carrots .

Well, I'm not about to try, but I'm fairly certain I couldn't do what that guy did (sloppy or otherwise) in twice the amount of time.

I watched without volume [its early morning and girls are sleeping].

But I must confess when I rush I scrape the board with the edge.

Nahhhh, honestly, I do it all the time, and my board is 3x as bad as his.

I just sharpen the knife afterwards, no big deal.

I like the way he just bashed all together in the pot and all that, but it made me thinking what would he do if he have to cut onion brunoise by laying flat each layer... :)

Ummmmm.good use of chopsticks in food prep....?

You forgot to add a warning, to not watch while wife is around :whistling:

My wife thought it was a riot: "She's got some pair of cutlets but I don't think they're real," and "Honey, if this is the kind of stuff you watch, I don't think you're really into porn."

I didn't get past the carrots either - too painful to watch.

still better then the food network.

which brings me to my new show cooking with strippers .
