Up on the block is my Zakuri 240mm blue #1 gyuto. I like this knife a lot but the reactivity of the cladding is just a little much for me. It was once a kurouchi knife but the finish was stripped during a warm vinegar patina experiment. There is also a bit of an over grind one the blade face on the right hand side near the tip and a little scuffing from sharpening. The ferrule has a few marks from being in the work bag with other knives with no covers. Nothing serious but worth noting. It will be shipped in it's original box. Asking $120 obo. + shipping.
