    Maker was not disclosed, but pictures look d..n nice. Available options seem pretty generous too:
    - white #1, #2 kasumi
    - blue #1, #2 kasumi and suminargashi
    - various handles
    - mirror polish
    - even blade thickness and height

    I assume it's real silver on the handle in the pictures? $375 for a handle seems a little steep

    They do look nice. The silver spacers on the handles too much (visually and $-wise) I think. I'd go for marble-ebony.

    Anybody know how thin the spine can be on a yanagiba? I assume there is a limit beyond which the knife can not be made.
