180mm kurouchi Watanabe nakiri, blue steel. It has a hand-engraved picture of bamboo on it, and a custom handle by Stefan (Thuya burl w/ redwood burl). As you can see, it's in great shape. A really great nakiri functionally, to be honest the best I've tried. Blade height is a tall knuckle-friendly 56mm. The handle is perfectly sized, better than the stock ones. I just haven't been using nakiri recently, so if someone wants to give it more use it's available.

Very nice! Like how custom meets a bit of rustic and the craftsmanship is superb! I like Watanabe... I think it doesn't get the press it deserves! Congratulation! CF

Very cool knife and a great price!

That is one absolutely stunning Nakiri, congrats to whoever purchased it.
