Hey, y'all
I hope this place likes knives from all over the globe. I'm the kind of guy that likes Chevys, Fords, Mopars, BMWs, ... well you get the point. I have American knives, German knives(it's my heritage), French Sabatiers and those feather weight, laser like Japanese knives. It's all good to me.
Looking forward to a new home. I already got my shoes kicked off, I hope it's okay.

I think you'll find all sorts of kitchen knife lovers here. The key thing for most of us is that they work correctly. Just because the label says it's a chef's knife doesn't make it one really. The thing is that they all have limitations regardless of where they were made, that's what we talk about after all.
