Hello there,
New to the forum, I've been reading for a day or two and just got around to registering. I'm an avid cook looking to expand and upgrade my collection of useful, but sometimes limited, kitchen knives. Also interested how to better maintain the edge on my knives. Judging by what I've read so far, I'll find lots of sage advice here. Hoping I can contribute some info of my own as well.
