Just moved to the West Coast of Canada, interested in learning more about anything that will make my cooking and eating a better experience. Also, interested in snowboarding and foraging. Thanks.
 
Foraging means going into the woods and bringing back berries, mushrooms and other edibles I find.
Sorry, I was raised outside of a small town in very rural BC. Just realized this isn't a normal thing.
 
welcome fellow west coaster. I just got here too and the welcome has been great, I am sure you will find yourself at home here just like I did

It's pretty normal over this way. But it was a poor season overall. We saw a late run of mushrooms, but nowhere near as flush as last year. Welcome aboard!
