I know Wylie, his restaurant was right across the street from mine, back in the day.WD50. His cooks hated the fact that I had a higher overall Zagat rating then they did.lol:razz: You can only eat, so much fried mayonnaise cubes. I was in his prep kitchen once and it looked more like a lab then anything else, never really saw anybody really prepping food. I heard good things though. Heard the food is really good, but not soul satisfying. More you try it once just to see what it's all about. I would rather have gone to El Bulli if I could. I give him his props though. He was doing what nobody else was and has made a success of it. I couldn't do it if I wanted, it's all way beyond my comprehension level.:dontknow::dazed::scratchhead:
