My wife's nephew is into body building and has jumped onto the paleo diet bandwagon. We are invited to the inlaws for the dinner. I am wondering where I can source a mammoth haunch to add to the dinner.
 
I can send you some fossilized mammoth bone for stock but that probably needs a loooong cooking time :)

regular elephant is probably an okay substitute.
 
i bought a beautiful Thanksgiving duck there, on Friday.
 
I haven't heard of this diet, so I did what anyone with a computer does I googled it. I was wondering what the science of foods are with it, which pretty much tells me what it is. I get this....
