I am an American/permanent resident of Australia. I'm a long time knife collector. I'm the chief cook and slicer dicer at home. Generally speaking, I'm interested in user knives, at least those I can contemplate using. The knives on my magnetic rack slowly change as I try something new or replace one with one that does a better job.
