I just posted my first question here two days ago. I got a lot of answers of very high quality. I was amazed, particularly since I've already tried a few other forums on kitchen knives. Thanks, I'll be around a lot more here!
I am a male, 40 years old and live in the Netherlands. I am a home cook, but an avid one. Another passion of mine is knives (pocket knives, hunting knives, outdoor knives) and particularly knife sharpening. So it may come as a surprise that my interest in kitchen knives is only fairly recent. But it is.
