A food group I participate with is doing a "pot luck" with dishes from SE Asia. The Philippines' and Vietnam will be represented. Everybody does Thai (though few well). I would like to a Brunei or Malaysia dish. Google and the like find a wrapped fried chicken meat dish, several soup (lekall?) dishes and a lot of coconut milk variants. Sweet rice w sliced mango is on my short list. Any other suggestions for this home cook? Thanks.
