Got my new Yoshikane V2 Sujihiki couple of days ago from Maxim.
I must say im very impressed with the knife.
The finish on the blade looks great. very good F&F. cuts like a dream with 0 sticking even with potatoes.
Here is the picture i took yesterday. What do you think
