    New board for Christmas present

Hi guys, a little change of pace, Here is an end grain cutting board, I will be gifting to my sister-in-law and husband (my hunting buddy) this Christmas. Just oiled and applied some of Dave's Board Butter. First pic is pre-treatment, next photo is a poor iPad photo, my Canon didn't seem to want to focus on it

    Hope they will like it!

Center portion is black walnut, bordered by black cherry.

I'm not married to your sister, but I will accept the gift. Thank you, very much. I'm honored that you think so highly of me

Looks great, Pierre. I like the little sapwood(?) "accents" near the border. Adds character.
