I am willing to haggle a bit on the Kochi and Hattori.
Just two left! The slicer is a nice and thin carbon blade that does a great job on roasts, and the FH is a nice, no-nonsense stainless knife that cuts well and takes a really nice edge.
How does the Nogent slicer compare to a suji?

$125 for the Hattori? the FH series is a really nice workhorse, and this knife cuts better than it did new.
