They are retailed by Knives and Stones - both US and AU. Carbon Knife. Tokushu sometimes has them.

Best off the shelf Japanese.

The Nashi finish in SKD or White - I have both with a slight preference for the SKD.

I didn't even know that was a thing! My only experience with Mizuno was Salty's DX Honyaki like a hundred years ago, but I remember really liking it.
