Bought 3-5k vitrified diamond

I'm reopening this one. I have enough hard carbide knives in the house between three boys interested in cooking and camping. I was kindly offered a Sankyo 3k that's pretty good, but a bit underpowered.

If anyone has an extra just lying around... I'll make it worth your while.

The JKI 3k is quite a bit faster than the Sankyo when I tried them both

Do you only want vitrified or is resin bonded fine? You got a budget in mind?

I’d like to just go big, honestly. I’ve spent enough time with these steels and a couple intermediate options that I think I know what I want to settle down with. Budget is basically market value. . It’s the one stone I’m really looking for atm.

I can chase other intermediate options but I’ll end up spending more in the long run.
