Looking for a chunk or small Aizu to be a slurry starter for an Aizu I have. Currently been using a dmt 400 but would like to try using another piece of Aizu. I have this aizu in particular https://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/threads/aizu-renege-suita-sg6k.34138/
Not looking for anything fancy but if you think you might have a chunk or off cut piece that would work well I would like to give it a go instead of the diamond plate.
