1. Mazaki Blue 1 Hon Sanmai regrounded by Murray Carter 240 x 53mm, 223g, Saya included -$380 SOLD
Bought second hand from a friend, sent to be grounded by Carter, very hard Blue steel, now cuts like like one of the best out there, tho Kanji is all gone

2. Sugimoto OMS No.7 220 x 110mm cleaver, 480.6g -$410
Thinned to a zero edge, great cleaver but prefer slimmer profile, many website list them well above 500g but I contacted Sugimoto about it, they never listed official weight, and it is always changing over time
3. Munetoshi 240mm White 2 gyuto - $160
Bought from AFrame as a project later, never got the time, great knife and better handle than the knives and tools version. Only cutted few times out of the box
4. Nakamura 240mm monster blue steel Ryo Deba 597g -$220
Bought from KnifeJapan, geometry refined a bit but theres still quite bit of low spot, tho it doesnt matter for what this do, salmon, chicken, baby ribs, throw at it
