Has anyone found a decent sequel to the ruhlman bad ass egg spoon since it’s been out of production for years now?

It kinda seemed like the perfect poached egg beast. Stainless, tons of perforations that go to the edge. Decently deep bowl. Pointy enough tip to get under things. The closest I’ve found have been this one from volrath, and this guy from aliexpress

Has anyone found a decent sequel to the ruhlman bad ass egg spoon since it’s been out of production for years now?

I tried the Mercer one below, but it was too small for me and it would have sat in the drawer instead of being used so away it went.

These are my favorite spoons. Old ones from god knows when. I stole them from my mom when I went to college almost 20 years ago and they were ancient then. They are exactly 1 tablespoon and just the right size, heft and shape for just about everything.

This guy finally arrived, ordered from aliexpress what feels like ages ago. Haven’t tried it yet to see if the holes are too fine for white drainage, but pretty happy with it at first glance
