Hello yall,
I'm just a novice home chef with no real pro experience other than some bs line work as a summer job when I was younger. And that was at a beach town greasy spoon tourist restaurant, so no real practical experience.
Have a small budding collection that I am trying to improve and fill out, and learning the ropes of sharpening. But I do love to cook and having nice cookware and tools just adds to the enjoyment.
