Just checking to see if anyone might have something they are looking to move before I consider ordering and waiting for a custom.
I just got a 300mm gyuto that deserves a special and large sized Wa handle (plus my hands are pretty big, so the handle has to be large on account of that too).
Octagonal style only please - definitely no D-shape and no oval either!
Anybody have something they bought, but are not using? Any of our hobbyists have something cool they made?
